Equipment
Tokai Carbon Europe’s philosophy is to invest in the very latest technology to aid their already highly skilled work force. Our programming department utilises the latest versions of Cad-Cam to produce toolpaths from drawings received on disk or via the internet, and also have the skills to produce full 3D models from simple flat 2D drawings. Programs are downloaded to any of our CNC machines. We have CNC machining Centers, and CNC Lathes. We also have conventional Lathes, conventional Millers and Surface Grinders.

At Tokai Carbon we aim to offer a quality service whether you are ordering a small or large quantity of machined components. We can machine 2D, 3D, complex electrodes, blades, dies, wear parts, anodes, just about anything you can think of producing from graphite. Delicate jobs, with close tolerances and high surface finishes are a speciallity. Utilising the very latest tool holding systems in manufacture, we can now deliver goods even faster. We can provide your electrodes on toolholding systems of your choice, Erowa, 3R, Hirschmann or even bespoke.
